Monitise Shares Active

In a series of transactions today major sheareholding were taken in Monitise as follows

• Investor Growth (Sweden)  37m shares 3.6%
• Jafco 36m shares 3.5%
• Norwest 62m shares 6.12%

Now Norwest is a subsidiary of Wells Fargo
InvestorAB is owned by the Wallenberg family of Sweden
Jafco is a VC and supported Clairmail

So it looks like this is the VC's who supported Clairmail taking a position in Monitise due to the takeover
