Forward Holdings a subsidiary of Fiserve one of the largest US financial software companies bought 40,000,000 shares of Monitise today representing 3.9%. I believe Fiserve itself has close to 27,000,000 shares, so combined the group now controls 7+%. At one point Fiserv was the US franchise partner of Montise but they took back control last year. The purchase must then reflect one supposes, an increased confidence by Fiserve in Monitise chances of success.
