Marvell and Dell initiate dividend payouts

For both companies this is the first time ever they have paid dividends. Both companies also intiated huge share buy backs. The dividend payment have started (as did Apple) because a huge number of large mutual funds only buy dividend stocks, and companies are realising by offering a dividend their shares can now be included in both ETF's and Funds that buy. This can over time have a big impact on prices, as the large funds tend to buy a percentage of each stock they identify as paying good dividends.
